Well I along with probably everyone else here in the classroom have used Microsoft office word to do everything from research papers to outlines to title pages for the papers and outlines. As a word processor it is very useful but Microsoft word is more than just a word processor. It allows you to have many different formatting options for your page. You can use color or different fonts. You can add pictures and designs. These are things that can be very useful to a teacher when it comes to keeping the class's attention occupied. Kids especially at the lower levels have very short attention spans. But if you can come up with a way to keep them interested then you are slightly ahead of the game, and sometimes you need all they help you can get.
